About Us
The Southeast Chapter, American Concrete Pavement Association was
incorporated in 1987
and is dedicated to the promotion of concrete pavements for use in interstate highways,
state and county highways, municipal streets, local roads, military
facilities and airports.
The Chapter provides resources that assist members in market development, technical expertise, design, specifications, construction and restoration. ACPA works hard to represent and promote the concrete pavement industry in federal, state and local legislative matters affecting surface transportation.

| To counsel, advise and render assistance in the planning and design of transportation facilities and other public installations by targeting governmental agencies, airports, military air bases, terminal ports, and private industry. | Serve the membership and promote the use of quality portland cement concrete pavements in the construction and rehabilitation of airports, highways, industrial facilities, streets/local roads and other related transportation uses throughout our seven-state chapter area. Provide the public with a quality product that is safe, cost-effective and environmentally sound. |
The Chapter provides a full range of services and programs:
• Maintained list of upcoming DOT and Airport projects to bid in the southeastern area
• Liaison with local governmental agencies, legislators and affiliated organizations
• Workshops and seminars designed to furnish the latest technical information
• Open houses that enhance awareness of concrete pavement technologies and solutions
• Calendar of upcoming meetings for opportunities to become involved and stay informed
